“Action and Inaction are prequel and composite” - Some smart-ass, somewhere.
📍 Day 4
🎯 Objective:
To demonstrate real-world value generated so far, even if unofficial or small-scale.
🧑🤝🧑 Early User Exposure:
- Game 1 (Tower of Hanoi) was tested by:
- A friend’s 9-year-old son
- Two sisters (ages 8 and 10)
“He actually wanted to beat his own record. We ended up playing 4 rounds.” — Friend's feedback.
“The middle one didn’t even want to switch turns. She felt like she could solve 5 discs if given more time.” — User note.
📈 Observed Outcomes:
- Verbal reasoning (WordWisp) sparked giggles during synonym guesses, even before coding began
- Children expressed competitive enthusiasm (wanted to replay to improve)
- Children devised inventive methods to beat game (hence the Tower of Hanoi loophole detection and consequent patch)
- Noticed:
- Increased focus and persistence
- Natural problem-solving chatter (“See, that one goes there naaw, abi? ”(sic))
📝 Notes:
- All feedback so far is unofficial but promising
- Parents showed interest in how the game works, especially after noticing their child “…wasn’t just playing, (they) were really thinking”
